Panda Flasher is a desktop software tool that allows you to Flash HUAWEI 5v5 Router products to reset and change router configuration.

To whom is this product for?
This product is for HUAWEI employees under the company, aspiring ISP (Internet Service Provider) providers or router technicians, linemen, and Huawei router business owners.

Or to anyone who wants to practice their technical skills in the field. (educational purposes)


What you'll get from the product?
1. A compressed "Panda Flasher.exe"
2. Copy of shell (.bin) flashers for Free
3. And a note with a link to my Flashing Tutorial in different methods of flashing.
4. A copy of a detailed step-by-step of other methods of flashing (the hard way, if things didn't work out, additional knowledge) is possible.

What devices is this compatible with?
It's usually compatible with Windows desktops, however haven't tried to Apple desktop, but I suggest you have a backup Windows OS.

It will work properly with a Windows 7 OS because it lacks security checkers which prevents the app from running. This works well for Windows 10 users also.

Does it have a virus?
Don't worry it's risk-free, and has no virus. But you need to turn off the antivirus, or Windows antivirus, to avoid it from blocking the application as it usually appears to be containing a virus due to its .exe file extension. Sometimes, it won't block it; but if the antivirus is on, it will remove the program from displaying (auto delete the program) so, turn it off.

What to note about?
Instructions are already provided, so you don't need to naughtily ask, as this is provided to people with technical knowledge, want to learn about, and want to develop critical thinking & tech skills. But if you're stuck, you can contact me, my contact is listed on the notepad as well.

Refund Expiration:

One week after payment and download, if a refund isn't issued within the duration after a payment has been submitted, it cannot be refunded anymore.

However, if an issue still arises, and the product isn't usable there would be a 50% refund.
